Product description: Use your dreams to explore some of the challenges in your life!

Some of your dreams are just the leftovers from your thoughts and feelings during the day, but many contain information and ideas about the big challenges in your life right now. Come learn to explore your dreams and mine them for new ways to approach old problems! Using techniques that have been used effectively by therapists for decades, learn to:

Understand the symbolism in your dreams by looking at movement, object relations, and what certain symbols may mean to you
Learn to train your mind to give you a dream addressing a specific subject
Address major issues in relationships, careers, friendships, family, or any other area while having a great time

This is an ongoing group with rotating membership, meaning that people may join or leave as their needs dictate. While you are a group member, you'll be expected to attend every week unless you make other arrangements with the group leader. Come prepared with some question or challenge that you want to explore. Any level of experience with dream interpretation is welcome, from beginner to experienced.
